Laurie joined Legacy Financial in 2014 as a Client Services Associate, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service and operational support. Over the years, her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and client-first mindset have earned her increasing responsibilities, culminating in her current role as Operations Manager. In this position, Laurie oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring seamless client experiences and supporting the advisory team in delivering high-quality financial services.
Prior to her tenure at Legacy Financial, Laurie built her professional background in the banking industry, where she developed a solid understanding of financial operations and refined her ability to build lasting client relationships. This experience continues to inform her collaborative, solutions-driven approach to operations management.
In May 2024, Laurie became a certified Pennsylvania Notary, enhancing the firm’s service offerings and providing added convenience and value to clients.
Outside of work, Laurie resides in Erie with her twin daughters, Emma and Mackenzie. She values spending quality time with her family.
